2 android devices (Mobile/Tablet), 1 Portable Microphone Amplifier, 1 Projector/TV(optional) and 1 teacher are all that you need to host a digital high-tech English classroom.

The idea is inspired from the fact that students in Rural areas even if they score good marks in their board exams face a lot of problems in their later years due to lack of communication skills and confidence. One of the main reasons for this problem is the lack of good environment and infrastructure for these students to learn and practice the language. The teachers teaching these subjects are themselves not fluent irrespective of their qualification.

However there are a lot of educated youth in our country. Some of them are teachers at school or home. They know to read and write but lack skills and fluency. Robust training aided with technology can upskill them. This will not only benefit the students but will also help these educated youth to earn more.

The specially curated pedagogy helps students to quickly learn the language; parents sending their child for these classes are able to see them confidently introduce themselves in English within a span of few months. With progress these students get loud and confident enough to even perform on stage completely in English within 8 to 9 months.

Classes are held 3 days a week and for 1 hour each day. The class begins with Phonics lessons, followed by alphabets, blends, reverse blends, video comprehension, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, group discussions, role plays and ends with interactions.

Teachers undergo 1 month of robust preclass training, post which they can start teaching. Every week the teacher has to prepare lesson plans, send practice videos and solve assignments. Every teacher is assigned a mentor, the mentor monitors the performance of the teachers and helps them to conduct their classes effectively. Class videos, practice videos and assignments from teachers are regularly cross verified by other teachers to encourage peer review.

Kids love to attend the classes taken by these teachers, the classes are more enjoyable and there is big improvement in attendance. Apart from being able to speak, students learn to self read phonics books, write short essays and even solve comprehension passages by themselves.

Any school can include Krishworks High-Tech English classes in their curriculum. Special attention is paid to those students who are average performers in the class, the pedagogy helps even these students to fare better to be at equal level with the best performers.
