On 10th and 11th December, a two-day teacher training program was successfully conducted at Abhinaba Vidyacharcha Academy, Aira, Murshidabad—nearly 40 km from Baharampur. Despite dense fog and winter temperatures touching 10°C, the training team reached the school early each morning, reaffirming their commitment to education at the grassroots.
The sessions began promptly and focused on strengthening foundational teaching skills—diagnostic assessments, phonics, alphabetic principles, blends, communication, reading and video comprehension, and interactive ladder games. Although the program was designed for four teachers, the school’s management and additional teachers joined as observers, reflecting their eagerness to learn and grow together as an institution.
A key highlight of the program was the hands-on practice and one-to-one guidance provided to teachers, ensuring no participant was left behind. Digital enablement was also a core component of the training—teachers were onboarded to the Techie Teacher App, a WhatsApp support group was created, and real-time assistance was provided using the school’s existing infrastructure.
The second day witnessed even greater enthusiasm, with teachers demonstrating visible improvement and confidence. Testimonials, group interactions, and collaborative learning defined the closing moments of the program. Encouraged by the impact, the school expressed interest in expanding student admissions and strengthening long-term collaboration.
